We have an opportunity for a recent graduate or emerging professional who has completed a degree either in Human Resources, Business Analytics or Information Systems to join us on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

Reporting to the Senior People & Culture Systems & Reporting Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the rollout of our HRIS. We are looking for someone who is passionate about data and systems and who will use their analytical skills to contribute to the successful implementation of our HRIS. You will also support the P&C team with regular reporting.

This role can be based on any of our offices with flexible work-from-home options, and flexibility with hours/ days to fit in with your study schedule.

You will receive ongoing mentoring and support as you grow in this role. If you are passionate about business analysis, have an eye for detail and keenness to learn, we want to hear from you.

You will be responsible for:

  • supporting the successful implementation and maintenance of an HRIS;
  • assist with data cleansing, validation, and migration into HRIS;
  • produce training documentation and user guides (and provide training where appropriate);
  • work with People & Culture Subject Matter Experts to ensure process documentation and another relevant material is accurate and up to date;
  • user Acceptance testing;
  • provide technical support, troubleshooting and guidance with the HRIS;
  • support with regular and ad hoc People & Culture reporting; 
  • Creation and maintenance of documentation for any reports developed;
  • assisting with the development and maintenance of reporting dashboards; and 
  • Other duties as required.
