There are numerous promotion possibilities - however in my experience, this largely just takes time.

I say 7 because I have been told HW doesn't generally hire more grads than they anticipate to take on post grad year. Otherwise I am unfamiliar with the process of promotions.

I haven't delved too much into this process, but I have seen emails circulated offering seminars on how to progress from lawyer to SA, or SA to SC.
