Cultural & Linguistic Diversity at PwC Australia
The purpose of the Cultural Connection network is to create an environment at PwC where everyone’s cultural heritage and backgrounds are embraced, and individuals are comfortable in bringing their entire identity to work. We want to work in an environment where everyone is supported and given fair opportunities to succeed in their careers, regardless of their ethnicity, language, faith, cultural heritage or background. People from all cultures are encouraged to join the network.
The network offers cultural awareness training through a 1.5-hour facilitated session designed to build awareness of individual culture, learn how the culture of others impacts the way they communicate and act, and develop a culturally inclusive mindset.
